Mr. Shubh Gangully serves as the Managing Director of PVV Infra Limited, bringing a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, execution excellence, and business acumen to the organization. With extensive experience across infrastructure, real estate development, and project management, he plays a central role in driving the Company’s growth, operational performance, and market expansion.

As Managing Director, Mr. Gangully is responsible for steering the Company’s overall business strategy, overseeing large-scale project execution, and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships. His leadership is focused on aligning operational efficiency with long-term value creation, ensuring that PVV Infra consistently delivers high-quality, timely, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.

Mr. Gadde Rama Krishna holds a Diploma in Automobile Engineering and

brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the automobile services industry. He is based in Gudiwada, Andhra Pradesh and has developed strong expertise in automobile operations, service management, and allied technical functions over the course of his career.

He possesses significant managerial and operational experience and is expected to

contribute effectively to the growth and strategic direction of the Company in his role as an

Executive Director.

Deepika Sharma serves as the Independent Director of the Company and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. With over 20 years of experience in managing and scaling businesses, she brings strong expertise across sales, marketing, brand strategy, client engagement, and corporate communications.

She has a proven ability to translate market trends, consumer insights, business data, and product strengths into impactful messaging, strategic campaigns, and demand-generation programs. Highly analytical and innovation-driven, Deepika plays a key role in strengthening brand positioning, enhancing client experience, supporting sales growth, driving product development initiatives, and building effective communication strategies for the organisation.

 Mr. Shrikant Pathak is a seasoned banking and finance professional with over 16 years of experience in banking operations, foreign exchange compliance, process management, and financial management.

He previously served as Assistant Vice President – Forex at Axis Bank Limited (January 2008 – May 2014), where he managed forex branch operations, forward contract booking and cancellation, BOE and FBFP reporting, statutory audit compliance, and a team of 30 professionals.A seasoned professional with strong expertise in process optimisation, regulatory compliance, financial coordination, and stakeholder management, he brings a structured and results‑driven approach to managing complex, multi‑agency environments.

Mr. Krishna Karthik Pothur is a dynamic professional with experience in business

operations, management, and strategic planning. He possesses strong analytical and

decision-making skills and has been actively involved in handling various operational and

administrative functions.

He has demonstrated expertise in overseeing day-to-day business activities, improving

operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. His

understanding of business processes and ability to drive execution makes him a valuable

addition to the leadership team.

Mr. Pothur is expected to contribute effectively towards the Company’s growth,

governance, and strategic direction.

Mr. Ravinder Terala is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, bringing practical industry knowledge and strategic insights to the Board. His understanding of construction practices and market dynamics supports the Company’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the infrastructure and housing segments.

With a strong background in real estate, Mr. Terala contributes to discussions related to project execution, market positioning, and business expansion. His experience enables the Company to better align its development strategies with evolving industry trends and customer requirements.

As an Independent Director, he plays an important role in ensuring objective evaluation of business decisions, promoting transparency, and upholding governance standards. 

Mr. Sunil Jagtap is a seasoned professional in the field of green energy research and

development, with over 22 years of comprehensive experience in the solar and wind energy

sectors. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in advancing renewable

energy solutions, contributing to sustainable and efficient energy practices.

He has held diverse roles across multiple functions, including operations, service, and

management, which have enabled him to develop a well-rounded skill set and a deep

understanding of the renewable energy ecosystem. His experience spans project execution,

system optimisation, maintenance strategies, and operational efficiency within solar and

wind energy projects.

Mr. Narsimharao Venuturupalle is a distinguished techno-functional leader with over 26 years of experience spanning engineering, technology, data analytics, and business transformation. His diverse professional background and global exposure bring significant strategic depth to the Board of PVV Infra Limited. Mr. Venuturupalle is known for his ability to translate complex business and regulatory challenges into actionable solutions, driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and enhanced productivity. His leadership in establishing Centers of Excellence and fostering innovation aligns well with the Company’s vision of building future-ready infrastructure.
